Before We Begin
Once you express an interest in services, my office will coordinate a 15-minute phone or virtual consultation with you, referred to as a Precision Consultation. This time will ensure that the services I offer match your needs, and I will review the process and costs involved. There is no charge for this initial consultation; the goal is to determine how I can meet your needs for precise and targeted care. Following the Precision Consultation, an administrative team member will send you the appropriate paperwork for completion and schedule further appointments. All consents and paperwork must be completed in full before the first appointment is set. For current patients, please use the patient portal to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.

On-site services are provided on a limited basis and might involve travel expenses.
