The evaluation typically includes the combination of a clinical interview, symptom rating scales, personality testing, review of records, feedback session, and written report. Note: Comprehensive testing is sometimes needed to fully confirm the diagnosis or make accommodation requests for school or work; if a complete neuropsychological evaluation is required, this will be discussed at the onset of services (see Neuropsychological Evaluation).Intellectual Development Disorder Evaluation
