Clinical Diagnostic Psychological Evaluation
This is a brief, focused evaluation to help clarify mental health diagnoses and to offer treatment recommendations. The evaluation typically includes the combination of a clinical interview, symptom rating scales, personality testing, review of records, feedback session, and written report. Note: Specific tests and testing areas will depend on the reason for referral.

ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation
This is a brief, focused evaluation to determine the presence of ADHD and make treatment recommendations for medication management and psychotherapy. The evaluation typically includes a combination of a clinical interview, intelligence screening, attention testing, memory screening, cognitive processing screening, symptom rating scales, a brief feedback session, and a brief written report. Note: This screening evaluation is insufficient for accommodations in educational settings (e.g., IEP) or on national and professional standardized or licensure tests (e.g., SAT, MCAT, LSAT, etc.; see Neuropsychological Evaluation).

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Diagnostic Evaluation
This is a brief, focused evaluation to determine the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and make treatment recommendations. The evaluation typically includes a combination of a clinical interview, intelligence screening, attention screening, cognitive processing screening, symptom rating scales, ASD-specific testing, a brief feedback session, and a brief written report. Note: Comprehensive testing is sometimes needed to fully confirm the diagnosis or make accommodation requests for school or work; if a complete neuropsychological evaluation is required, this will be discussed at the onset of services (see Neuropsychological Evaluation).

Intellectual Development Disorder Evaluation
This is a brief, focused evaluation to determine the presence of Intellectual Development Disorder (IDD) and request specific services (e.g., case management) or treatment recommendations. The evaluation typically includes a clinical interview, review of records, intelligence testing, adaptive behavior ratings, brief feedback, and a brief written report.

Neuropsychological Evaluation
This comprehensive evaluation clarifies diagnoses related to learning, attention, neurocognitive disorders, medical conditions, and mental health disorders and provides specific and detailed treatment and intervention recommendations. This type of evaluation would be needed for those seeking accommodations in an educational setting (e.g., IEP or on a national or professional standardized or licensure test (e.g., SAT, MCAT, LSAT, etc.) or at work. The evaluation typically includes a combination of a clinical interview, symptom rating scales, intelligence testing, attention testing, memory testing, cognitive/neurocognitive processing testing, achievement testing, a feedback session, and a comprehensive written report. Note: Specific tests and testing areas will depend on the reason for referral.

Pre-Surgical Clinical Psychological Evaluation
This is a brief, focused evaluation to obtain psychological clearance for specific medical procedures, such as bariatric surgery, pain management, organ transplant, etc., and to offer treatment recommendations as needed. The evaluation typically includes a clinical interview, symptom rating scales, personality testing, a review of records, a brief feedback session, and a brief written report. Note: Specific tests will depend on the reason for referral.

Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)
This is an independent evaluation conducted outside of the public school district at the school district’s expense. These evaluations are customized and individualized based on the child’s or adolescent’s educational needs. If you have approval from the school district to complete the evaluation, my office will work with the school district to ensure the evaluation is provided at no expense to the family. This evaluation clarifies diagnosis/classification related to learning, attention, neurocognitive disorders, and mental health disorders and offers treatment/intervention recommendations, including school placement options. The evaluation typically includes a clinical interview, a review of records, symptom rating scales, intelligence testing, attention testing, memory testing, cognitive/neurodevelopmental processing testing, academic achievement testing, a 1-hour feedback session with parents and school simultaneously, and a comprehensive written report. Travel and classroom observation time are billed separately at $250.00/hour. Note: Specific tests and areas of testing will depend on referral issues. Attendance at due process hearings will be billed according to the Court Appearances, Testimony, and Related Fees (see Court-Related Services).

Gifted Eligibility Testing/Early Entrance Testing
This is a focused evaluation to provide information to help determine eligibility for gifted and talented services or early entrance to kindergarten. This evaluation typically Includes a parent and child interview, forms completed by the teacher, a review of academic records, intelligence testing, academic skills testing, gifted rating scales, a brief feedback session, and a written report. Note: If there is the potential of a dual exceptionality, such as giftedness and ADHD, anxiety, ASD, or LD, a complete neuropsychological evaluation is necessary (see Neuropsychological Evaluations).

Academic Achievement Testing
This is a brief evaluation to obtain an update on a child’s academic skills and progress. This can be used to monitor homeschool progress. The evaluation typically includes completing a standard academic achievement test and a brief score summary of results. Note: This evaluation cannot be used to identify a learning disorder but can be used to measure progress.

Lethal Weapons Evaluations (Act 235/120)
This is a specific evaluation used to determine psychological fitness as part of the mandatory requirements for lethal weapons certification and police training programs in the State of Pennsylvania. The evaluation typically includes a clinical interview, standardized personality testing (MMPI-3), a written summary of the findings, and completion of the appropriate Psychological Examination Form from the State. Note: The report and forms for this report are sent directly to the State within three business days of the evaluation. Applicants are not provided a copy of the findings.

Vocational Interest Evaluation
This is a specific evaluation to identify areas of interest and skills to help an individual decide on career and vocational options. This evaluation typically Includes a brief interview, a career and skills inventory completion, and a written summary of scores and findings. Note: This does not include performance-based measures. Forensic Psychological Evaluations
This is a specific and often comprehensive evaluation for use in court-related areas and to offer an opinion to the court. The services are tailored case-by-case and often depend on a court order. The evaluation might include a variety of interviews and tests. The cost range above does not include fees required for court preparation or testimony, which are billed according to my Court Appearances, Testimony, and Related Fees noted under Court-Related Services.
